This page is dedicated to updates for the current COVID19 Crisis impacting our world. Check back on a regular basis for information from Faith Bible Church and government links dealing with the Crisis. Our goal is to communicate important information for you & your family, and to update you on what God is doing through the members of our Church family.
Beginning October 1st we will have a larger capacity at Faith for live services. We must know how many are coming for all of our church services. Please pre-register for each service you plan to attend so we can set up to accommodate everyone. You will receive a confirmation and information on entry point to the building

In addition to the protocols we’re all used to now, here are some specific precautions that pertain to all upcoming live services in our sanctuary at Faith Bible Church:
*The congregation will be required to move in one direction, entering by the front door and exiting by the side doors;
*Seating will be assigned by name in household groups separated by 2 metres;
*Ushers will aid family groups in finding their seats;Offering plates will be positioned at the front and back of the sanctuary, and will not be passed around;
*One member from each household will be asked to supply a name and phone number for contact tracing purposes;
*Singing will be allowed, provided congregation members wear a mask Mask.
**Policy** The wearing of a non-medical mask to worship services is an act of love that makes others feel comfortable to attend. Members of the congregation will be required to wear masks at all times during worship services, including entering and exiting the building, for congregational singing, and for visiting washrooms; masks may be removed during the sermon segment of the service provided congregants remain in their chairs. We ask for your patience as we attempt to comply with Provincial regulations.
Let’s all look past what is uncomfortable and “fix our eyes on Jesus.”
Many blessings, Pastor Jon
Individuals are now welcome to use the church facility to make copies, do maintenance, etc. Individuals who are alone in the building do not need to sign in, but you must disinfect all hard surfaces you come in contact with. One suggestion is to mix a bottle of disinfecting solution when you arrive, according to the instructions provided at our Disinfecting Supply Stations, and carry the bottle with you in the building, disinfecting as you go, so that you don’t need to remember where you’ve been.
The Faith Bible Church facility will re-open for small group use only on September 8, 2020. LifeGroups, prayer groups, praise teams, committees, and the Elders’ Board may all now resume regular meetings. Individuals wanting to do work within the facility may also now do so. Please note that Provincially imposed protocols are in place. Any group wanting to use the building must contact Pastor Jon by phone or email to schedule its events and to receive personal instructions regarding protocols. Individuals should do the same. Please also note that only the gym, the sanctuary and the fellowship room are open at this time for meetings, as the other rooms in the building are too small for gatherings. However, the library is open again for borrowing materials.
