Welcome to our praise and worship guide using the Psalms.

This guide is intended to help you spend a few minutes in worship on a daily basis. The worship activities for each day will take about 10 minutes, and are best done before your normal devotional time. May God richly bless you as you take time to reflect on who He is and what He’s doing in your life!

Day 3

Read verse 156. Praise God today because He is a merciful God. Tell Him spe-cifically how you have experienced his mercy recently, and thank Him. Thank Him for the life you enjoy, physically and spiritually, and affirm again to Him that you are committed to following His precepts that give you life.

Day 4

Read verses 157 and 158. Praise God today because He is sovereign and pow-erful, and holds your life in His hand. Tell Him how He has preserved you from your enemies and thank Him. Tell Him how devoted you are to keeping His commandments, and ask Him to guard you from faithlessness.

Day 5

Read verses 159 and 160. Praise God today because He is a God of steadfast love. In what ways has God shown His love to you tangibly recently? Thank Him for this. Praise Him because He is the God of truth. Thank Him for His Word, and tell Him what it means to you that His righteous precepts endure forever. Thank Him for the life He gives you, and determine to enjoy it forever.
