Welcome to our praise and worship guide using the Psalms.

This guide is intended to help you spend a few minutes in worship on a daily basis. The worship activities for each day will take about 10 minutes, and are best done before your normal devotional time. May God richly bless you as you take time to reflect on who He is and what He’s doing in your life!

Day 1

Read verse 1. Praise God for His mercy and grace today. Think about how God has been merciful and good to you recently. Tell Him this and thank Him. Think about your day coming up today. Ask Him for specific mercy and goodness to meet the specific challenges of today that cause you to feel weak and fearful. Ask Him to make His face shine upon you.

Day 2

Read verse 2 today. Think again about how merciful and good God is. How has this made a difference in your life. Tell Him this and worship Him. Think about the people you know whom God wants to show the same mercy and grace to. Today simply ask Him to give you a sense of His compassion for the lost.

Day 3

Read verses 3 and 4. Praise God today because of His righteousness. Think about God’s sovereignty in your life, and thank Him for the way His righteous rule in your life makes a difference for you. Try to envision all the people in the region of Charlottetown praising God. Cry out to Him for our community.

Day 4

Read verses 5 and 6. Think about how God has blessed you because of your relationship with Him. Thank Him for this. Think about a specific person you think God might be bringing into a worshipping relationship with Himself. Pray for that person, that they would experience this same blessing.

Day 5

Read verse 7. Tell God today how much you reverence Him. Tell Him what an awesome God He is.  Again, pray that God will use our church to bring our community to a place of reverence and blessing before God.
